Labeling and Sorting Requirements

Beyond material content, the regulation mandates the use of harmonized sorting symbols across all 27 member states. This replaces the Green Dot and individual national schemes like the French Triman logo for new prints. If you are currently designing labels for a November launch, you must include the standardized pictograms to avoid a costly mid-2027 rebrand.
